PassMonster: Technical Support

PassMonster is another great release by Kamatoz.Computing, which means besides its awesome functionality it offers live technical support. There are two technical support options available:

Priority Technical Support Your support request is generally processed within 2 hours* from the moment of placing a request. Maximum amount of time for tech support response is 24 hours*. This service is included with any of our products upon purchase. Please specify your UserID\OrderID (given to you after completion of your payment processing) when applying for priority technical support.

Standard Technical Support Your support request is generally processed within 24 hours* from the moment of placing a request. Maximum amount of time for tech support response is 72 hours*. This service is intended for our freeware titles users and for people using un-registered evaluation copies of commercial software.

Our technical support team is made of software support professionals ready to answer any of your questions. Support officers work in tight contact with developers and run databases of standard support requests to answer you as soon as possible. We publish various F.A.Q.s on our web site if there is a need.

To apply for technical support (both standard and priority plans) select Help->Request Technical Support item from the main menu. Fill in the fields in the window that appears:
