PassMonster: Selecting User
PassMonster allows each of the multiple users of a computer to have their own passwords database.
This feature can also have an
advanced use. For instance, you can create three Users: John - Work (extra long master password, encrypted, used for storing
passwords to your work-related resources), John - Important Personal Passwords (standard master password, encrypted, used for
storing important passwords from PayPal or stock management e-service or cellular phone pin codes) and John - Other passwords (unencrypted,
used for storing miscellaneous passwords that we all get here and then when subscribing for newsletters, sending postcards i.e. there will be
no serious problem if we loose these passwords).
No matter what password storing strategy you choose, you will definitely Select User every time you wish to browse for passwords.
Selecting a User can be done in many ways. The simplest one is to click Users icon in PassMonster main window. Alternatively you can
select User->Select from main menu or click on any field or button in the main window when there is no file loaded. Each of these
actions will bring you to Select User window:
If you already have created a user it will be shown on the list. Simply click the needed user name and press the Select button.
Whether you are using PassMonster for the first time or you decided that you need more than one user data file, you must

NOTE: you can configure PassMonster in such a way that it loads the selected User data file on startup. This saves
couple of seconds needed to manually select user and can be very convenient when running PassMonster in Stealth Mode (hidden).
