PassMonster: Data Export
PassMonster allows exporting password data to popular formats. New formats support added with new versions releases.
Security Note: exporting data to un-encrypted plain text files poses a potential security threat to any system. Export passwords only if you are absolutely sure you know what you are doing.
Currently supported export formats:
Plain Text (.txt)
Paragraph formatted ANSI plain text
Comma-separated values (.csv)
Pseudo-table formatting using commas
This format is readable by many data processing applications including Microsoft Excel \ Access
HTML document (.htm \ .html)
Hypertext document formatted with HTML tags
This format is native to WWW; the resulted file can be viewed with any Web browser
XML document (.xml)
Document formatted with XML tags
This modern format allows applications easily read structured data from XML file. XML is PassMonster native format.
To export data to external file you should:
1) Select File->Export->[desired file format] item from main menu
2) Enter path to file (or browse for it using ‘…’ button) in a window that appears. Note: if you specify the full (absolute) path (e.g. C:\myData\myExportedPwdFile.csv) the file will be saved under this path; if you specify the relative path or just a filename (e.g. myExportedPwdFile.csv) the file will be saved to {PassMonster Installation Folder}\Export folder.
3) Press the Export Now button to complete export operation

PassMonster is distributed as try before you buy software suite. You can evaluate it before you decide to buy the full version for as long as you need to.
